📅 When Should I Place My Order?
We recommend ordering as early as possible, especially during busy periods. This helps us ensure stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with suitable alternatives.
❌ What If I Can’t Attend My Session?
If you can't make the session, you’re welcome to book a session at our studio in St. Neots to complete your prints. If you live more than 8 miles away and prefer a refund, a £2.50 admin fee will apply.

Ordering Handprint & Footprints on Pottery for Outside Visits
Follow the steps to order your keepsake pottery items ahead of our nursery and group visits.
To avoid disappointment, place your order as early as possible - especially during busy periods.
1. 🎨 Select Your Design
Choose Design: Browse our range of hand, foot and bumprint designs in our online shop below.
Bespoke Design: If you want a different design, email us a description or image with the age of your little one and pottery item you would like..
4. 💻 Add Venue & Date
Add the name of venue, nursery or group; date of our visit and preferred time if relevant. We email time slots usually the day before our visit.
At checkout, select 'Bring to Venue
2. 🏺 Select Your Pottery
Choose Pottery Item: we have plates, mugs, coasters, vases, baubles, photo frames,and more– all perfect for capturing hand and footprints
Other Pottery Options: If you want a design on a different piece of pottery email us.
6. 🗓️ Check Out Order
When ready, usually 2-3 weeks later, items can be collected from your baby group or nursery unless you've expressed you wish to collect them from our St Neots studio
3. 🖌️ Add Personalisation
Add Custom Details: When you select a product, you'll be asked to add what writing you would like on the item and colour option.
Email us, if you want a different customisation.
5.👣 On The Day
We take the hand, foot or bum prints from your baby/toddler on the day and bring the pottery back to our studio to be decorated, glazed and fired.
Pottery Personalisation
Each piece is individually hand-painted, so while we aim for consistency in decoration and writing style, slight variations will occur.
Factors such as the amount of text, print size, placement, and overall layout can influence the final design. Our team will always arrange and decorate your item to ensure it looks balanced and visually appealing.
