1. Arrange A Date
We arrange a date with you to visit and provide you with advertising materials, wording and a link to our Pre-Order website page.

2. Advertise The Session
You email/message parents and advertise our visit on your socials in the lead up to our visit.

3. Parents Order Online
Parents pre-order from our website adding personalisation and pay us online. We send a timeslot the day before we come (if relevant).

4. We Take The Prints
On the day we take the prints (it only takes a minute or two per order). We then head back to our studio with the pottery pieces.

5. We Decorate & Fire
We decorate, add personalisation, glaze and fire at our studio and . Tindividually wrap and bag up orders making them easy to hand out.

6. Parents Pick Up
Depending on arrangements we can email parents to inform them their keepsakes and gifts are ready to be picked up from your venue.
