And we understand why! Our usual turnaround times are:

Painted pottery and pottery prints: approximately 2 weeks

Pottery prints decorated by our team: 2-3 weeks

Pottery classes, imprints, outprints, and 3D casts: approximately 5 weeks
During busy periods, big groups or prints we're decorating may take slightly longer
Aa soon as your items are ready we notify you with a link to book a pick up slot, to the email address used when booking. Orders are often ready earlier. Keep an eye on your inbox and check your spam/junk folder.
We totally understand you're excited to see your finished pieces but please only contact us if your order has exceeded the above timescales. Responding to enquiries asking if orders are ready takes our team away from processing orders and can cause delays, particularly in the busy lead up to Christmas.
