If you have been contacted to say your item/s are ready please book a pick up slot.
If there's not a suitable time, book a slot for the day you wish to pick up and state on booking what time you'll be picking up. This allows us to get items ready. If you do come outside of your booking time you may need to wait a few minutes if we are busy with other customers.
If you wish someone else to pick up for you, please book a slot under the name the session was booked under so we can locate the items.
We wait to wrap your items so you can inspect them before leaving to make sure you are happy. If there are any issues bring these up with us on pick up so we can look to rectify things.
Please do your bit for the environment and bring your own bag with you. By law we need to charge 10p for bags.
