Pick up Slot

Service Description

If you have been contacted to say your pottery/imprints/outprints/silverprint/commission is ready then please book a pick up slot. We will endeavour to have your item/s ready for you when you come. There may be occasions (during busy periods or if you have booked a same day pick up) that we haven't had a chance to locate it so it may take a couple of minutes. We are happy for you to pick up orders for others but you will need to state their invoice/order number or the name they booked under when booking. We wait to wrap your items so you can inspect your items before leaving to make sure you are happy with them, occasionally things can happen in the kiln and errors can be made particularly if we have done the decorating. If there are any issues bring these up with us so we can rectify it and to save yourself a trip back to drop your item back for correction. Please do your bit for the environment and bring your own bag with you. By law we need to charge 10p for bags (we put this money towards planting trees but would prefer you to reuse).

Cancellation Policy

Please reschedule at least 22 hours before. If you have to cancel due to covid/illness please reschedule to another date when you think you'll be better, you can always re-schedule again. No shows forfeit deposit.
