Pottery Class & Workshop Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

• Notification: Cancellations should be made by email. If we are not notified and you fail to attend your booking it will be treated as a no-shows.

  
  

• Refunds: Refund eligibility and amount will depend on the notice period provided before the class or workshop start date.

  
  

2. Cancellation Deadlines

• More than 14 days before the start date: Full refund minus a £5 admin fee or 100% can be applied as credit to your account to be used at a later date.
