Back Next Delivery Policy At Crafty Monkey, we understand that you may want your finished pottery delivered to you. While we will provide this this service, please note the following terms and conditions: 1. Packaging and Responsibility 1.1. We are committed to being as sustainable as possible and recycle packaging we receive our stock in. 1.2. We take care in packaging your pottery to ensure it is well-protected during transit. However, once your item leaves our studio, we cannot take responsibility for any damage, loss, or delays that may occur during shipping. 1.3. Unfortunately, pottery is not an item you can insure we are unable to offer insurance for pottery items, and any damage that occurs in transit will not be covered by Crafty Monkey Studio. 2. Delivery Timings 2.1. The time it takes for us to post your item will depend on how busy we are at the studio. During peak times, such as holidays or event periods, there may be a delay in processing your delivery. 2.2. Opting for delivery will likely extend the time it takes for you to receive your pottery, as priority is given to in-studio operations. 3. Delivery Costs 3.1. The cost of postage and packaging will be added to your final bill and must be paid before your item is posted. The exact cost will depend on the size and weight of your item. 3.2. If purchasing postage at the time of creating your piece we will estimate the size of box we will need to use which is related to the cost of postage you will be charged. If at the time of posting we feel it needs to be sent in a bigger box to allow for adequate packaging for the safety of your item, we will send you a payment link for you to pay the difference. 3.3. If purchasing items online and you select for it to be posted, 4. Postage Delays and Issues 4.1. While we will do our best to dispatch your item as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your item is with the postal service. 4.2. Any delays caused by the postal service are beyond our control, and we cannot offer refunds or compensation for late deliveries. 5. Collection Option 5.1. To avoid potential risks associated with delivery, we recommend collecting your pottery in person from our studio. This ensures your item remains intact and that you receive it in the best possible condition. By choosing to have your pottery posted, you acknowledge and accept the risks outlined in this policy. Our Pottery Class & Worshops cancellation and rescheduling policy sets out how we handle this with timelines. Back Next Pottery Class & Workshop Cancellation Policy 1. General Policy Notification: Cancellations should be made by email . If we are not notified and you fail to attend your booking it will be treated as a no-shows. Refunds: Refund eligibility and amount will depend on the notice period provided before the class or workshop start date. 2. Cancellation Deadlines More than 14 days before the start date: Full refund minus a £5 admin fee or 100% can be applied as credit to your account to be used at a later date. 7 to 14 days before the start date: 75% refund minus a £5 admin fee or we can apply the total amount as credit to your account minus the admin fee. Less than 7 days before the start date: No refund will be provided but we can apply credit to your account to be used at another time. If more than 72 hours before the start, you will receive 75%, less than 72 hours 50% minus an admin fee of £5. Rescheduling More than 10 days before the start date: Participants may reschedule to another class or workshop of equal value without an additional fee. You can do this online or email us. Less than 10 days before the start date: Rescheduling is subject to availability and will incur a £5 admin fee. Less than 7 days : Rescheduling may still be possible if we have a wait list or can fill your space. It will incur a £5 admin fee 4. No-Show Policy Participants who do not turn up for their scheduled class or workshop without prior notification will forfeit their fee. 5. Special Circumstances In cases of emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer a one-time reschedule to a future class or workshop at our discretion or apply a credit to your account. 6. Cancellation by Us We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes or workshops due to low numbers, staff illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event we need to cancel a class or workshop, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another event or workshop of equal value. 7.
