Hen Party Pottery Painting Experience – Celebrate with Creativity at Crafty Monkey, St Neots Pottery painting makes a brilliant hen party activityes, pecially when you’ve got a mix of ages or guests who might not fancy the usual hen night antics. Even people who claim they’re “not arty” end up loving it! Relaxed, creative, and full of laughter, our pottery painting hen parties are a perfect way to celebrate your bride-to-be. Our studio is based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire—a lovely spot with great afternoon tea options and easy access to Bedford and Cambridge. Booking info: Our designated party area seats up to 12 (others can be sat in our studio area). For larger groups we may be able to host your event after hours —just get in touch to discuss. Your party session lasts 2 hours, which includes 15 minutes to browse our pottery range and get set up. The cost is £4.50 studio fee per painter, plus the price of each pottery piece selected. Browse our range and prices in advance in our online shop to help make the most of your painting time. A £50 deposit is required to secure your hen party booking. This will be deducted from your final total on the day. The deposit is non-refundable but you can reschedule (see terms). Optional add-on: Bride’s Keepsake Plate – we’ll create a commemorative plate featuring the bride’s and all the hens' fingerprints. A gorgeous keepsake to remember the day! You’re welcome to bring a bottle or two of fizz (please also bring your own cups and take any rubbish away). Soft drinks are available to purchase from our studio. Looking for a fun and creative birthday party in St Neots? Our children's Pottery Painting Parties are a huge hit with kids of all ages! Your party guests will each choose from our fun “party animal” pottery range – featuring easy-to-paint animals, perfect for kids. After painting their pieces we glaze and fire the items, ready to be collected around two weeks later (we’ll email you when it’s ready). How much does a childrens pottery painting party cost? • £16 a head (price includes our studio fee) • £50 deposit required at booking (deducted from your total on the day; non-refundable, but date can be changed with notice) What’s Included: • Use of our party area for 1 hour 30 minutes • A ceramic party animal to paint per child • Glazing and kiln-firing • A fun, relaxing, creative activity for ages 4+ • Optional keepsake plate with birthday child’s handprint and guests’ fingerprints When booking select the expected amount of participants – if there’s less or more on the day you’ll just be charged for the amount of attendees (minimum 8 participants applies) Our party area seats up to 12 children (14 if they’re small). If your group is larger than 14, they’ll be split across tables. For parties of 20+, we may recommend booking after school when the studio is quieter or out-of-hours. For younger children (ages 4–5), we suggest asking parents to collect after around 1 hour – they often finish early. We allow a maximum of 2 adults/helpers due to space. We kindly ask that other parents drop off and collect at the door. Food isn’t provided, and we don’t allow outside food or drink apart from birthday cake. Cupcakes work well to hand out at the end! We’ll individually bag and label pottery items, ready for collection around 2 weeks later.

The first 15 minutes is for choosing your pieces, getting seated, and receiving instructions. If you need more time, and we are not fully booked, you’re welcome to stay a little longer — unless we're due to close. • Your painted pottery will be glazed and kiln-fired, ready for collection in around 2 weeks. We'll email you when it’s ready.⚡ Need it quicker? A speedy service (3–5 days) is available for an extra fee. • If your group includes more than 6 people (including spectators), please book the 7+ Group & Party session so we can accommodate you. • Want prints on pottery? Book this session if 2 mums with babies, toddlers or preschoolers who want to create hand, foot or bum prints on pottery keepsakes. 👣 We take the prints for you, and you can either decorate your item(s) in the studio or choose to have us decorate them for you (extra fee applies). 🎨 Choose from a wide range of pottery items – the cost is the studio fee per person plus the price of the pottery piece(s). You can browse our online shop for inspiration and pricing. If you're coming with more than two mums, please book one of our group baby print sessions instead so we can make sure there’s enough space and time for our staff to get the prints. ⏳ Pottery is usually ready for collection within 2 weeks. If we decorate it for you or during busy times, this may take a little longer. You’ll be notified when it’s ready to collect.

This is a truly special keepsake you’ll treasure forever – perfect for new parents or as a gift for grandparents. Book our 3D Baby Casting service is a beautiful way to preserve the tiny details of your baby’s hand and foot. Your finished piece will include one hand and one foot cast, professionally mounted in a custom frame – other options available. 🍼 From newborn – Suitable from birth, but we recommend waiting until baby is at least one month old. 🖐️ Custom options – Want something different? For example, siblings holding hands or two hands instead of a foot? Just let us know on the booking form. 🎨 Turnaround – Casts need time to fully dry before we decorate and frame them. Please allow up to 5 weeks for completion. 👕 On the day – Casting can be a bit messy, so wear old clothes and dress baby in a short-sleeved vest. Please note, most casts come out first time, however, occasionally we may need to ask you to come back to redo.
