Events Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

• Payment & Booking: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis and places are limited.

  Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you’re unable to attend, please read below and contact us at your earliest convenience by email. If we are not notified and you fail to attend your booking will be treated as a no-show.

  
  

• Credit: Any credit given will depend on the notice period provided before the event or workshop start date - see below. Credit can be used against other services we provide.
